- Tiny Tumblers ages 4-6 Our Tiny Tumblers class is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of tumbling for children ages 4-6. This class is designed to develop fundamental movement skills in a fun and safe environment, encouraging young athletes to explore their capabilities. In Tiny Tumblers, students will learn basic tumbling skills such as rolls, handstands, and cartwheels, all while improving their balance, coordination, and flexibility.
- Beginner Tumbling Level 1
Ideal for beginners, this class focuses on foundational skills such as forward rolls, cartwheels, backbends, and introductory drills to build strength and coordination. - Intermediate Tumbling Level 2
For athletes with basic experience, this class emphasizes skills like round-offs, front and back walkovers, and connections between movements. - Advanced Tumbling Level 3
A high-level class for experienced athletes working on complex skills like back handsprings, aerials, tucks, and layouts, with a focus on form and technique.
